This is my 2002 3DR VW Golf V6 4 Motion I am selling please read
on for the details, I can provide higher res pictures availalble
upon request.
I have had VW Golfs since starting driving and will be sad to
see this one go, it is a genuine low mileage car that I have just
spent all weekend cleaning and polishing for you and it almost
looks like new, I called into VW in Southampton the other day
to look at a car for a friend and they commented on how tidy it
was! (please feel free to look at the one I owned before this
one its the link on the menu for Golf VR6 so you can see that
I look after my cars.
This car has been lovingly looked after, never driven over 3000
RPM until warm and washed nearly every weekend it has been well
maintained and serviced anually at Independent VW Specialist in
Chandlers for please feel free to contact them the guy I normally
deal with is Rikki. I have all the receipts and tax discs.
The vehicle reg would be PJI8170 (this is my plate that has been
transferred off now) the one that is now on there is KE52 YPJ.
Details
3DR, 2.8 Litre V6 Engine with 6 speed manual gearbox registered
in Sept 2002 and is the 03 spec car.
4 Wheel drive with ESP traction control, the VW 4 wheel drive
system is very good and works by checking the ABS sensors on each
wheel and supplies power to all wheels equally unless one starts
to slip and then it diverts the power to the others. This is very
handy in the wet and the snow and ice!
HPI clear, or Text check it (it might not come up with any details
against the KE52 YPJ plate as it has only just been transferred
us my registration plate and the details will come up).
Taxed till May 2011 and MOT 'd till Nov 2010
Lasted serviced November last year (same time as the MOT)
Non Smoker.
Mileage 46251 on Sunday 24th May 2010.
VW and VW Specialist service history.
Diamond Black metallic with pearl effect (the pearl effect paintwork
was and extra when the car was originally ordered new).The colour
is really nice in the summer as there are very small flecks of
blue and gold in it which gives is a not in your face pearl effect).
Full Black Recaro leather interior in very good condition (this
has always been cleaned once a month with autoglym leather treatment
to keep looking new and to avoid cracking).
Heated front seats (a must have during those cold winter months).
The front seats are also height adjustable and the interior has
five head rests.
Leather steering wheel and leather adjustable armrest with storage.
Climatronic Aircon, this can either be used as climate control
or manual heating or cooling and does not have to be on all the
time but it is ice cold in the summer and really warm in the winter
and demists in the rain.
Height and reach adjustable steering column.
Driver and passenger front airbags.
Front Seat air bags.
Power steering.
Rain Sensing auto windscreen wipers.
Auto dim Rear view mirror.
Electric Windows. (All glass is tinted green).
Electric Tilt/Slide factory fitted Glass sunroof with interior
sliding cover.
Electric Mirrors that are also heated and work with the heated
rear window for defrost/demist.
Central Locking (this is activated either by key or the alarm
key fob).
VW GAMMA Radio Cassette with 6 Disc front loading CD changer
linked to 8 speaker system.
Alarm and imobiliser (factory fitted).
Traction control.
ABS.
Black metallic painted calipers.
Multifunction computer that shows average MPH, average MPG, Oil
Temp, number of miles traveled for that journey and the outside
air temperature.
Front Fog/Driving lamps.
Stainless Steel twin exhaust pipe on availalbe on this model.
17 inch Monte Carlo/Santa Monica Polished Alloy wheels in very
good condition (not curbed) with locking wheel bolts.These are
very sort after and look very impressive, they have a diamond
cut face that is polished and the rest of the wheel is dark metallic
grey these were and optional extra when new.
Khumo Ecsta Spt tyres bought about 1000 miles ago I searched
high and low for the right kind or tyre that provides performance
and comfort and these came out top they are 225/45/R17 94Y
Brushed Aluminium interior trim not the standard imitation wood!
This car has a 2.8 Litre V6 engine that produces 204Bhp, it is
a very smooth running engine, I get between 22 and 30 mpg depending
on my journey but it works out about that on average. It is unmodified
and has not been tampered with.
The insurance on it is not bad either I am 35 and paid £215.00
fully comp and protected with Elephant
