The house is fully double glazed, and is gas central heated, it has easy access to the motorway (M27) and the local supermarket and shops, its also not too far from Hamble were there are many nice restaurants and pub for weekend entertainment.

It is about a 15 minute drive from the town centre (depending on how you drive) it is also about a £10.00 taxi ride from the town centre.

Prices

The cost to rent the property is listed below, a copy of the rental agreement is available upon request via, e-mail, fax or post.

Monthly rent £650.00 to be paid on the 1st of every calendar month

Deposit comprises of 1 calendar months rent plus £150.00 for bills to be paid in advance prior to moving into the property the total will be £800.00 (this is refundable at the end of the contract provided that no damage has been caused in accordance with requirements of the tenancy agreement.

Bills and Council Tax are the tenant(s) responsibility and will be transferred into the tenants name on commencement of the agreement, there is a phone line to the house and a satellite dish (these can be used although they are not in use at the moment)

The agreement is for 6 months initially but can be renewed at the end of the term or will continue to run on a month to month basis where 1 months notice will be required by either landlord or tenant(s)

We require 2 written references, one being from your current or previous landlord.
